Firm Communication Coaching exists to transform professionals who are fearful of public speaking into individuals who are memorable and maximize their influence.

The principal coach, Urnell Greaves, is passionate about helping professionals communicate effectively. Having introverted tendencies and experiencing this fear himself during his corporate career, he knows firsthand what it is like to wish the earth would swallow you up before your public speaking engagement!

He has helped professionals transform from being fearful of public speaking to becoming confident, impactful, and influential speakers. He is here to help you too!

Urnell is a certified communication coach and is also qualified to teach English to speakers of other languages (CELTA). He spent more than 20 years in multinational pharma/biotech companies in the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland, managing internal and external stakeholders. His previous academic study was in microbiology.
